One kind of plasmatic reactors uses vacuum chambers with suitable gases and internal dynamics, which can be controled fron outside or inside by rotation, electromagnetic pulses etc. Initial plasmatic state can be produced by high-volatage pulses or with strong energetic radiation, or with some other appropriate excitation.

Inspiration to this reactors is our own experience, intuition and dreams and even work of other very inspirational people such as Nikola Tesla, David LaPoint and others.
