SEM (Scalar Electromagnetism) Institute is a group of people striving to share and enhance scientific knowledge of physics beyond mainstream to find broader and fruitful ways helping humanity especially in electromagnetic domain connected with experiments, research and development.

This goal is inline with our CeMaS group so I try to describe my view where cooperation and interaction would be helpful.
